Part 1: Puy du Fou (October 21-22 - 1 night)

At Puy-du-Fou, we offer two accommodation options, both of which include breakfast:

• One on-site at one of the Puy-du-Fou hotels, the “Camp du Drap d’Or,” in a family room (one double bed and two single bunk beds).

• The other off-site in a single or double room at a Catholic boarding school, with or without linens (and you’ll need to bring a sleeping bag).

Puy du Fou Hotel (on-site accommodation: shared family rooms of 4, including a double bed + bunk bed)

St Gabriel Boarding School (15 minutes from Puy du Fou) - single and double rooms

Part 2: Paris (October 22-25 - 3 nights)

In Paris, we’ve secured a few dorm rooms (for men or women) at the best rates, including breakfast. You can reserve one or more beds in these dorms.

Alternatively, our French team has also inquired with a number of accommodation providers. They should have places for the Annual Meeting, but you should approached them yourself.

Paris dormitory accommodation for 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday). Includes breakfast.

You may not disclose any related information or material to any media, including posting on social media. The entirety of the meeting is held under the Chatham House Rule.

• Cancelations by June 25, 2026 will be refunded. Tickets cannot be cancelled after June 25.
